Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unused drapes or hardware back into their original packaging, ensuring all hooks, weights, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, minus any applicable shipping costs.
