How do I measure my windows for the perfect fit?
To ensure accurate sizing, measure the width of your window including the frame, then add 4-6 inches on each side for hardware. For length, measure from where you want the rod to sit down to your desired floor or sill length.
What is the difference between blackout and room darkening liners?
Blackout liners are designed to block out 99% of light, making them ideal for bedrooms. Room darkening liners reduce a significant amount of light and provide privacy while still allowing a soft glow to filter through.
Do you offer free fabric swatches?
Yes, we offer free swatches for most of our drapery collections so you can see the color and feel the texture in your own home before making a full purchase.
What is your return policy for drapes and curtains?
We accept returns on standard-sized items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom-made orders are non-returnable.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Custom orders require a lead time of 4-6 weeks for handcrafted production and quality inspection before shipping.
Are the drapery panels sold individually or in pairs?
